The European Accessibility Act obliges anyone selling digital products or content into the EU to meet accessibility requirements — ebooks, documents, apps and storefronts alike. It applies to the whole catalogue you have on sale, not only to what you publish next.

The fine is rarely the worst of it. Non-conforming products can be pulled from sale, and non-conformance disqualifies you from public procurement.

01Which WCAG version do you work to?

WCAG 2.2 at Level AA. That is the level most legislation references — ADA case law in the US, Section 508, EN 301 549 in the EU, and the European Accessibility Act.

02Can you remediate PDFs we already published?

Yes. We tag existing PDFs to PDF/UA — reading order, alternative text, table structure, bookmarks, and language markers — and validate every file. Backlogs of tens of thousands of documents are routine.

03Do you test with real assistive technology?

Every engagement includes manual testing on NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver plus keyboard-only navigation. Automated tooling is where we start, never where we stop.

04Will we get a VPAT?

Yes — a completed VPAT and the accompanying Accessibility Conformance Report, written against the revised Section 508 standard or EN 301 549 depending on the market you sell into.

05How quickly can you start?
